I just had a vision exam at Walmart Cambridge and I am extremely pleased with my experience. This was my first time with the TeleHealth format, so I didn't know what to expect, but it was thorough, relaxed, and very comfortable. The Vision Center Manager, Jonathan, was helpful, knowledgeable, personable, and an absolute delight. Professional and still friendly staff have always treated me well. I highly recommend it.
Refused service due to closing in 25 minutes and needed time to "count money and close things up." Couldn't even be bothered to answer any questions. Absolutely ridiculous.
