Daniel in the optical department is dishonest, rude, and unwilling to do his job. He lied to me about a service I asked if they could do, initially telling me that they couldn’t do it there and dismissing me. After Kristina (if I could rate her 5 stars alone I would) took over the interaction she helped me pick out a very cute pair of glasses, walked me through questions about the different lenses to pick the best one for my needs, and also made sure my insurance was used completely. Dr Blanton wasted my time and money... I knew the prescription didn't look right when I left his office, he swapped my right eye prescription for the left and vice versa and even after telling him I cant see things 10 feet away gave me a prescription with no accommodations for the nearsightedness. Not sure how he still has his license.
I should have first read these reviews before I went to the Rolla office. People here are correct on what they say about Matt Blanton. He's got some personality issues and a chip on his shoulder. Don't waste your time with him. I should have walked out. Try the other Dr. or go to a different Walmart.
