Had to stand before two employees and got no help. I know they seen me. Just ignored me.
Absolutely horrible service from the office staff. Tried everything in my power to get contacts ordered in a reasonable amount of time and was made to wait 2 weeks to get the WRONG CONTACTS.
I just went to my eye exam on Monday and my glasses are ready four days later and I love my glasses finally I can see better Thanks Walmart Eye Center Team
My daughter went to the Seymour Walmart vision center January 2nd. It is now January 24 and the test starter pair of contacts is still not in yet! My daughter already wears this brand but they won’t prescribe the contacts for her until she wears prescribed from this office first. She has been out of contacts now for a couple of weeks. This is pretty ridiculous and I suspect they forgot to order these. Now we will probably have to go to another doctor because she cannot continue to wait.
