Brenda was amazing. I came in with a crooked eyeglasses that I could not tighten (bc according to Brenda) my eye glasses had a special hinge that I was not aware of, that needed special attention and she fixed it without hesitation. It is nice to know that she knew what she was doing and fixed it immediately. Thank you Brenda!!!
Brenda helped so much during my ordeal. The eye doctor from a different office wrote a bad RX and she helped me get it all sorted out. And remake the glasses. Which by the way is the only remake I have ever had with this location.
Service is excellent. Prices are good. The staff, particularly Brenda, the manager is patient, knowledgeable, and very interested in getting it right. The Walmart Vision center in Elko NV is my go to place for frames, lenses, and adjustments.
