I came in to check prices on replacement lenses...mine were already replaced with insurance at another opticians office and they were not helpful to me at all. Sheena looked at my glasses, sat down with me and went over options of quality and pricing. Sheena spoke to me and educated me about the different lens options and coatings. Brenda was amazing. I came in with a crooked eyeglasses that I could not tighten (bc according to Brenda) my eye glasses had a special hinge that I was not aware of, that needed special attention and she fixed it without hesitation. It is nice to know that she knew what she was doing and fixed it immediately. Thank you Brenda!!!
Brenda helped so much during my ordeal. The eye doctor from a different office wrote a bad RX and she helped me get it all sorted out. And remake the glasses. Which by the way is the only remake I have ever had with this location.
