I just discovered my glasses purchased two years ago aren't high index lenses like I paid for and Walmart won't do anything about it. I had ordered Nikon specific lenses and the lenses don't have the watermark either. I suppose it's let the buyer beware. Attached is a photo of my ACTUAL high index 1.67 lenses and the double thick ones they passed off as high index.
Sherry has gone above and beyond to assist with an issue due to a delay in the manufacturing of my contact lenses. She has made sure I had trial pairs during the delay and has kept me updated on the status from the manufacturer. I really appreciate her professionalism and kindness.
Had an eye appointment, went to it and after i told them i wanted to order contacts. They said they would order them. Waited for them to call to say they came in. They never called so i called them and found out they never got ordered. So i had to make another trip there and took for ever to get them ordered. Dont recommend going there. Some of the staff really dont like doing there job.
