Guy working on the afternoon of May 2nd was incredibly rude. Online specifically says to make an appointment, guy working gave attitude because we showed up at 4, our appointment time. Finally left after 25 minutes because the only thing that was said to us was that making an appointment isn't how they do it there and he is busy. I get being busy but doesn't mean you get to be rude to customers. If it is not the proper procedure to make an appointment then fix your instructions.
I bought my last set of glasses at Walmart and what a disappointment! No real aftercare and absolutely no help for anything! The men in there are lazy and look bored and unprofessional and not very helpful (except 1 who is only in about once a week) There was a lady who was helpful one time. I was in yesterday to check things out and the man who was there, couldn't be bothered to respond to my questions and this particular man seems to be there all the time on his own and he is so lazy and uninterested in customers!
