Getting real tired of my eye glass lenses separating. Have had lense replaced 3 times and now there is another one seperating. I have to give up my glass every time for 10 days to 2 weeks. Its an hour drive each way they replace them every time but getting real old
When glasses are under warranty does it matter how many times u get them fixed
Came in today. Shared my info with staff. Was rudely cut me off by a female staff. Decided to go else where.

Was given a price on new lenses and frames I wanted to keep my old frames and lenses as spare the optometrist put the new lenses in old frames..not what I wanted. My charge for two new lenses 140 dollars frames 90 dollars I was screwed out of the new frames How do I file a complaint against the optometrist he should be disciplined. I have all receipts.
