Amazing got two pairs of glasses with both blue light and one transitions and it cost $415

Reading these remarks I will also say the Carolyn has been rude and demeaning in the past. Clearly needs to learn social distancing policy as well as manners.
Went and got an eye exam today, I would have absolutely ran the other way had I based my expectations on these reviews. From my experience, Carolyn was absolutely fantastic to deal with! She was extremely helpful and genuinely went the extra mile to assist with everything today. I could not have had a more pleasant interaction with her and the team. The optician was very thorough with his exam, was quite personable and I would utilize his services again in a heart beat. Take these one * reviews with a grain of salt.
Carolyn has poor attitude as does Alexander. Rude and nasty to customers. Go to the Welland Avenue store. And they dont practice social distancing at this location.
