This place gets a lot of bad reviews but I had a good experience there. The staff was helpful and nice enough. Can't beat the prices
Very rude, terrible service. First time there and had no idea where to park. They acted like it was a crime to park in a "finished" vehicle spot and told me to move it, didn't ask, told like I was a child. 51 year old me let it go and chalked it up to maybe their having a bad day. A younger me would have backhanded every one of them. Took over an hour but had the oil change done and left. Decided to give it another try a month later on another vehicle instead of going further for an oil change (maybe bad day, short staff🤷) ... read more
Dropped car off at 10 am and went 10 min before closing and they still didnt have the tires on. Ended up leaving without new tires. Could have told us that morning not to bother wasting our time. Too many other places in springfeild.
Lynn that works the service desk is about as warm and welcoming as a grizzly bear waking up. I didn't know they specialize in service with a frown. She obviously does the "bear" minimum to keep her job and the customer be damned for all she cares. A small example of why all the negative reviews.
The head mechanic told me if i buy tired from them installation was free. So i did and did not ask for any extra things, after they were done with my car they gave me a stupid bill with an extra $80 i tried complaining but the person at the counter after a few exchanges said he doesn't like it but unfortunately there is nothing he can do, then he tried spinnig it by saying it's labor charge but they say it's free so they sell you other "benefits" like i would ever bring back my car there.
