The head mechanic told me if i buy tired from them installation was free. So i did and did not ask for any extra things, after they were done with my car they gave me a stupid bill with an extra $80 i tried complaining but the person at the counter after a few exchanges said he doesn't like it but unfortunately there is nothing he can do, then he tried spinnig it by saying it's labor charge but they say it's free so they sell you other "benefits" like i would ever bring back my car there. You can't really schedule tire rotations online. But they're getting a little bit better. I bought my tires got a warrantied, and I bring my car in to get oil changes. And rotation's periodically. You have to schedule or you won't get in for a long time.
Terrible experience getting new tires installed. Made an apt at noon and after waiting for over 3 hours I got a hold of a manager and was told they would be done shortly. After the 1st test drive the car was shaking terribly bad. Had to take it back in and another hour and a half later they rebalanced the tires. I will never go back and would suggest to go elsewhere for tire services. A total of 4.5 hours to install tires is unacceptable.
Try to call and they won’t answer the damn phone
