Terrible experience getting new tires installed. Made an apt at noon and after waiting for over 3 hours I got a hold of a manager and was told they would be done shortly. After the 1st test drive the car was shaking terribly bad. Had to take it back in and another hour and a half later they rebalanced the tires. I will never go back and would suggest to go elsewhere for tire services. A total of 4.5 hours to install tires is unacceptable.
Try to call and they won’t answer the damn phone

Terrible service. I think they are on slow mo drugs
I've come here for a long time for several services, and although they aren't perfect, they've always been dependable. Things have changed. I went up there needing a new set of tires, and the customer service was HORRIBLE. There was no one at the desk, another associate sent me outside, where I was completely ignored. They were taking people that had shown up well after I had. I will not be returning to this establishment, and I will urge others to do the same. This place is a joke!
