Have to say I was surprised. Alot of people bashed this service but the people were great. Price was best around . Had the 7am appointment and out in 45 min.
Is there a zero? I’m struggling to find any redeeming qualities about the experience; there are none. First, tire tech floors it in the parking lot spinning tires in my car! What else did he do on his test drive???! Secondly, I was overcharged. But I’ll skip that part since I was refunded for installation after pitching a fit from the aforementioned. Third, I get home and realize that both tires on the passenger side were mounted BACKWARDS!!!! These are directional tread and there’s an arrow showing the correct rotation! I w... read more
It was great service but when I got the fan. home parts where missing and the iPod I got doesn't work right keeps on turning off
Customer service was great ! Not happy about the 3 hours wait but I needed help and they were there at a reasonable cost for a new tire
Great price, great product, and excellent service. Tires are actually balanced. Don't trust Firestone!!!
