Service charges are very high
This pharmacy has the greatest pharmacists, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I wouldn't deal with any other pharmacy.
The Pinebush Walmart Pharmacy has acted with serious negligence and possible intentional misconduct by providing the wrong thyroid medication and placing a false label on the bottle. My prescription was for Levothyroxine 0.50 mg, but the pharmacy dispensed 0.25 mg and labelled it 0.50 mg. Before picking up my medication, I phoned the pharmacy several times to confirm that I needed 0.50 mg as directed by my doctor.
