Absolutely terrible , waiting 5 days for a script told one price, the another higher price then a 3rd attempt for pick to be told it was cancelled without my permission went to pick up the next day to find it 100.00 more !! Now my insurance wont except it because of their incompetence. So onbthe 5th day i tried to call only to be told its not ready, no one can call and to be on hold for for 45 mins, I had to hang up as my lunch was over at work !! This pharmacy is a joke! They cut their hours of operation and then decide to close the pharmacy BEFORE posted business hours have ended. They're "open" until 6pm on Sundays as per google and signage posted in store, however, I arrive at 5:50 to find it closed. We got the pharmacists attention so we could get my prescription. She was less than thrilled to help it truly seemed like. She gave me a BS excuse as to why the pharmacy was closed before the signs said otherwise and I don't believe it for a minute. Always ask if the medication (especially for children) is covered by OHIP, the pharmacist are very quick to ask you to pay up even though the medication is covered by OHIP.
