I been with many pharmacy to pick up medication. but in this location it takes one hours to pick up my medication specially there is Asian assistance pharmacist if he is in counter you have to Wait for one hours he said we are busy all the time. If want to pick up quickly choose another pharmacy .
The pharmacist and assistant speak without any empathy. Its usually "customer first, one customer at a time" but here its "pharmacist first, pharmacy assistant first, client second" I had a very good pharmacy team previously. They gave out of box service. Here, they work and talk like robots. No emotional intelligence, no sympathy, empathy. I had a bad experience.
Don't waste your time here. It's not worth it. Sometimes they asked for your ID before giving u the medication while other times they dont care. This is so confusing. Service is slow and staff is not professional enough. Taking too long for a simple pickup and dropping off. Avoid this place at all cost. I recommend going to a nearby Beverly Hills Pharmacy or Nha Trang Drug Mart where your medication will be delivered to your house for free. Save time and so convenient
