I got out of the hospital with extreme injuries and I went to pick my meds up at the pharmacy because it said on Google and everywhere else that the pharmacy was open during the winter storm...I got there and they were closed... really mad!!!
Rude rude rude….. terrible attitude and experience…. The man literally allowed someone to jump me in line…. I tried to get a prescription filled and she stated I didnt have any refills … but due to me filling it at another walmart she stated she couldnt see it… fine ….. but that attitude and presence of the team and the pharmacist was terrible…my prescriptions will be transferred somewhere else !!!!!
I'm writing this review in hopes that there will be an improvement in customer service. When I approached the pharmacy to pick up an order, the overall tone was dreadful. It seemed like everyone hated their jobs. What happened to greeting customers with a smile and asking how they can help? Instead, you are met with unprofessional adults acting as if they do not see you at the counter. If this is the standard of service being allowed, then it is completely unacceptable. I went in to get an alternative for a prescription that was no longer in stock. The young man that assisted me was So Helpful & Courteous ,he even got me a lower priced store brand substitute. I appreciate his professionalism
