I just want to thank the Pharmacists at South Keys Walmart, Ottawa, Ontario. Profound and Joey Tong provided helpful advice and prescriptions (when getting into my GP’s office was not going to be easy or available) They also showed me genuine compassion at a time I really needed it. ♥️
I normally rarely leave reviews especially if the service is bad however Walmart does pharmacy is another level of frustration. You can call 9 hours in advance and they will still not have your prescription ready literally always a headache. Always an issue with a refill to the point I absolute dread when it’s refill time. I call them 9 hours early to have it ready they still don’t and make you wait another half hour in store when the whole point of calling so many hours early is to have it ready.
