I asked one of the staff for an item's place but they were not well informed and they guide me to a wrong aile / area
Pharmacy associates lack awareness of when patients are here to pick up their medications making you wait 15 minutes for them to get to the register. There should be a way to alert pharmacy associates that patients are here to minimize wait times. Refilling the aisles should not be higher priority than providing medications; that should be the priority of other store associates.
