I visited this pharmacy to get a pharmacist-only evaluation letter signed. The pharmacist refused immediately and stated that she could not sign any documents. What was most disappointing was that she did not even take a moment to look at the letter or understand what was being requested before saying no. While I respect that pharmacists must follow professional and workplace policies, I expected a more professional and helpful interaction. The experience felt dismissive and left me frustrated after making the trip.
