Didn't process the prescription that was faxed in by my doctor earlier until I arrived, couldn't find my profile multiple times, took over AN HOUR after initially told 20 mins, while I'm waiting in pain after my surgery. Would've gone home to rest POST OP and come back later in that case. Also extremely dismissive and no sense of urgency.
Took awhile to be noticed standing in line as the staff was chatting amongst themselves. The wait time to receive my prescription was much too long considering they only had to grab it from the shelf. Hire additional staff to accommodate busier times would fix the issue.
Staff are usually very friendly and nice. The pharmacists are professional, patient and kind. I really appreciate Monica's help with my kid's injection treatment. She is very understanding and kind. Thank you and all the friendly staff!
