The staff at this pharmacy are consistently great! Very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly — you never feel rushed. They go above and beyond!
Tha pharmacists are great. The staff in this dept are awful, with one or two friendly, helpful, deodorant wearing exceptions. Particularly Niyati, the otc manager. She is always rude, pissy, and completely unhelpful, and her attitude is obviously influencing some of the staff. Extremely poor choice for a manager, Walmart.
I've never had any reason to complain.
We found some new kids toys in a shopping cart in the parking lot so we brought them to customer service. The 2 people ladies working there were the rudest, ignorant miserable people I ever had to deal with. Brushed us off, kept interrupting us. Had a terrible attitude. They should not be in any position where they have to deal with people. This happened at around 2pm, April 2nd. We won't be going back
