Very considerate, accurate and punctual
Went in for a vaccine and asked for basic documentation afterward …date, vaccine type, lot number. This is standard at every pharmacy, but staff refused to provide it. Left with no record of my own vaccination, which I need for work/travel purposes. Unprofessional and unacceptable for a medical service. Won’t be returning to this location.
The staff are really nice but there’s constantly issues when I go to pick up my medication. I’ll have called the night before so I can pick them up the next day after work. I’m often told they will be ready by a certain time but then I get there, and they haven’t even filled them. I’ve had some assistance at the front be really gracious about it and apologetic, but I’ve also had ones who just say they weren’t working and it’s not their fault. Very disappointed with the pharmacy service. I was told my medication would be ready the next day, but after almost a week, it still wasn’t available. Communication was unclear, and staff couldn’t explain what happened or provide a clear timeline. This experience felt unprofessional and frustrating.
