Just gets worse all the time. Out in the middle of nowhere, yet seems crowded (because it's so cramped & claustrophobic inside). NEVER seem to have the items I'm looking for in stock! I usually just pay more & go to Publix...
Currently sitting in store, waiting on a refill for my husband who in on our living room floor in pain. When I called this morning to see if his prescription (called in overnight) was received or ready, I was left on hold for over 15 minutess by an attendant who barely spoke English. Called back and was told that they were having difficulty locating him in the system. Then when they found him, I was told it would be 30 minutes. The pharmacy manager at this location is unprofessional. You can tell she was desperate to get home since she kept reminding the tech attending me that there was a line behind me. Besides the rushing, she couldn't resolve my issue, although the tech tried her best to do so.
Accommodating and friendly. Answered all my questions above and beyond what was expected. The pharmacist and techs are all knowledgeable and attentive to details such as allergies and information related to prescriptions.
The pharmacist at this location is amazing!
