If I could give 0 stars I would . I had surgery 2 days ago . A day prior I came in to pick up my medicine . The lady swore up and down that they didn’t receive anything from my surgeons office ( which I knew it was a lie because my doctor sent my prescription while I was in the office ) . I let it slide and said okay . Thinking day of surgery I would just ask again and just call in . The Reidsville Walmart has always been my pharmacy of choice. The staff , Ashley, Tamicka, Allyshia make it a fun filled experience. Jonelle is also very helpful and friendly.
Worst pharmacy ever. Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. I had a lady pick up the phone today. Literally laugh and give me attitude walls. Ask about medicine and the pharmacist was also very unprofessional and rude while speaking to me, and while I addressed her colleagues behavior. She was not apologetic and said she didn’t know who I was talking to which makes no sense if you’re the head pharmacist anyway they refused to fill my prescription because they said it seems suspicious so I call and handle it.
