Not even sure where to start, always issues, cut the hours they are open, now they have more registers and a longer line to wait in. Everybody complained having to wait at other pharmacies but at Walmart it's OK. Not very helpful getting prior authorizations done, don't tell you about it and then they charge cash price to make more money. Very few people there are pleasant and easy to deal with and they make you feel like a drug addict by questioning why the hospital called in a pain medicine for AFTER SURGERY!! I like Walmart but I quess some errors can be made. Making long story short I picked up my Metoprolol Aug.10th. Told I had to pay for it. So I did , got 90 day supply #6161576. Just got message today to pick up 90 day supply of same med. Hello what's going on its only 8/27
Too many people leaving without their prescriptions while I waited 45 minutes for mine to be filled. Script was called in 8/12 . Not ready 8/16.
This is the best pharmacy I have ever been too. The ladies help me so much because my order was billed somewhere else and they help us through a stressful process. And Leslie help us first. She is great. Thank you ladies again!
