Sit in line at drive thru, no one comes on. Hit call button 4 times. Then I called the pharmacy and the recording said they are at lunch! What retail sends everyone to lunch at the same time! Poor customer service.
Not sure who pissed in Stephen’s cheerio’s! Called to follow up on billing concerns and he was extremely rude to my staff. Wouldn’t even recommend this place even if it was the last place I had to refill my prescription at!!
Wow is all I can say wish i could have given them nothing but can't to give a review I went through drive thru as I am very sick and needed new meds and when we got there whoever was working drive through was nasty and rude she really needs to learn people skills or find a new job
Amber (pharmacy in Cadillac)was ABSOLUTELY amazing. I have never received such helpful information! She TOOK the time to help!! This world needs more Ambers!!!
I cannot believe how rude the pharmacist is. Whoever the pharmacist is today, Monday December 9th 2024 at 2:50pm..,.I hope your day gets better and I hope that you treat people kinder in the future. I called from a providers office today, as an office manager to call in a script for a patient. You just don’t ask people for information and hang up the phone on them.
