I hate when I have to call Walmart pharmacy!!! The guy (I didn’t catch his name next time I will ) is the RUDEST!!! I don’t know how he still has a job there!!!! I am really thinking of changing pharmacy because of him!!! I am glad I’m NOT the only person that feels the same way!!
At 11:46 a.m. on 9/4 I called & was wrongfully told that I needed a prescription for my loved ones insulin syringes by a male employee. After a wild goose chase, multiple phone calls & 3 hours later a different female pharmacy tech told me I don't need a prescription for the pen needles or the syringes. He either lied, didn't listen to me, or needs training. Do better.
I moved my prescriptions here to save money because, yes they are cheaper. But not worth the rudeness of the employees inside the store and the drive through. It has not only been today. It is that way every time I have gone.
Rudest pharmacist I have ever encountered. I will not be getting prescriptions filled here. It’s worth it to pay more elsewhere.
