Friendly and helpful staff. I've been going here monthly for over 2 years and never had a problem.
Honestly sad to have to write this review. I have a prescription iron supplement I get through this pharmacy. It is constantly out of stock and delayed, sometimes for weeks on end. I have tried to ask why it is routinely out of stock and got told that since iron is a supplement that could be gotten over the counter the tend to not keep it in stock, despite having multiple scripts for it. I cannot have the over the counter supplements, that's why I have a prescription in the first place. I have now been without my prescribed ... read more
Look at all the 1 and 2 star reviews. That should tell you everything. I was using Walmart Pharmacy, the. I switched to Rite Aid. Then all of the Rite Aids in the world shut down, and I was right back to Walmart. They have dragged their feet on many of my prescriptions, saying I am refilling them too soon. When Insay to them, no, my doctor changed my prescription, they say I have to go back and have my doctor send in a new prescription. They deserve zero stars! They endangered my life and well being. I’ve been getting my meds filled there for 5 years now. After 4 years of taking a medication and having refills for that medication, they decided randomly after 4 years that they would not refill my script until they talk to my doc. They decide this after I run out of medicine and on a Friday when my doc is already gone for The Weekend.
