Horrible experience every month, but the o ly place my meds are in stock. Prescriptions are lost often leading to most likely insurance fraud. Disrespectful techs and pharmacists, and placed on hold for longer than 20 minutes each call just to be told they lost my medication or did not receive refill requests. Horrid. If you can avoid it, it’s for the best.
They are nice and work fast to get your prescription ready. I had to transfer a prescription when another pharmacy told me the antibiotic wouldn’t be ready for 3 days (after I called them to check on the progress a few hours after it was called in). Walmart pharmacist stayed in contact with me and finally when the doctor had to resend it, they had it ready within the hour. I will always use them for any future prescriptions.
Amy at the Cleburne location is amazing! Her customer service is above and beyond! She is always polite and positive no matter what!!! Love her!! She is so patient and kind hearted!!
Just gotta say Amy is like the sweetest person I’ve ever met in my life, great customer service. Thanks for maintaining such a positive attitude. We need more Amy’s in the world.
