Medications are handled fine i guess but HOLY COW is the female pharmacist one of the RUDEST people I've ever heard on the phone.
Walmart pharmacy Frankfort Kentucky. Always been a positive experience for myself. Walmart pharmacy technicians and staff are always very busy and have a positive attitude. I think it's important to let the pharmacist and the staff know whenever possible how much they are appreciated.
The old greeter on the Home & Pharmacy side gave me the creeps. I was leaving the store when he got way too close behind me. I made an abrupt irritated stop, hopeful that he'd back off, but he went around me still not keeping a safe distance. He followed me out into the parking lot. I was racially profiled today me and boyfriend shop at this Walmart all the time. I want to say because we was black and went to self checked out we was full blow watched the whole entire time as if we was stealing. I spent good money at Walmart and I shouldn’t feel uncomfortable and unwanted. Give us a break not all black people want to steal from Walmart we just want to shop and check out in peace.
I had a family emergency at 4am and needed Benadryl. A man from the overnight shift was nice enough to let me in and do a self checkout.Thank you Walmart! You’ve earned yourself a loyal customer
