This is really a big store. It is hard to find things with the new layout. Most of the staff I met were professional and was happy to help me. Only complaint.... Walmart never have enough checkouts and self check were filled with people with baskets full of items. Lines were so backed up it was wild. No one was very happy about the wait. This was the holiday weekend and short staff is not wise.
I was very disappointed at the actions of the Pharmacist (Sarah) on duty there this evening. Pharmacy technician Tia simply went to her while with a customer and Sarah shooed her away as if shooing an insect out of her face. Very unprofessional. When I had my consultation with Sarah I mentioned how rude it was of her to do that to Tia. Her response to me was that "it was not my concern ". VERY unprofessional.
Really GREAT pharmacy. Always responsive to my needs and always very cordial and professional as well.
Just have to move scripts there because rite aid is closing and so far it is good
