Well staffed. Friendly staff. Short lines. My wife and I routinely fill 6 prescriptions a month each with few hiccups. They send emails and texts as scripts are ready for pick up.
Very patient and helpful staff
Love this pharmacy, been doing business with them for at least 15 years. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help with my prescriptions. Kudos to Trina, Ryan, Ashley and Laura for great customer service!!
Their system sometimes take a little while to find the prescription, but that doesn’t happen too often in my experience. Most of the time they get me out of there quick enough.
Not sure why people hate on this pharmacy so much. I’ve been using them for five years and the experience is the average experience for any large scale pharmacy. Sure you have issues with getting ahold of people on the phone, or unknown status updates sometimes. But in all honesty, my meds are always on time, filled fast, they look for all coverages, and if I need a last minute vax appointment they don’t hesitate to prioritize that. Staff is kind and knowledgeable, just overworked at times, obviously.
