I want to love Walmart so badly. I left CVS for them because I believe in them and their customer service. I don't usually have issues, but I don't know if they had a new staff or if she deliberately didn't want to help. I called to refill my meds on Friday and I had already uploaded my insurance information so I was shocked that she said it wasn't accurate and tried to pretend like I was stupid. I came in with an acute asthma attack and wheezing after Urgent Care visit. You could tell I was in some distress. Not sure why the register lady asked if I could wait on my prescriptions for the next day as they close at 7 and it was 6pm. Plenty of time to fill prescriptions and unfortunately things unexpectedly happen and not always at the best times.
