Very quick services
Sooooo much better than CVS! You can actually talk to a pharmacist on the phone! Short lines, several pick-up booths instead of one, full staff, advice or questions answered on every pick-up. After answering my questions, the pharmacist asked if I'd had my flu shot (no) and gave it to me within a couple of minutes. Best pharmacy service I've had since I moved to Mississippi.
They had two hours to call a pharmacy for a simple transfer and could not complete it. I understand incompetence if it was a mcdonald’s cheeseburger but a medication is of too much importance to not be taken seriously. Furthermore, when i called the lady on the other end- she was very unprofessional. Walmart, I expected more. I used to love this pharmacy but am having some serious reconsiderations.
Pharmacist Rachel B went out of her way to get my daughter’s antibiotic filled quickly. She worked with the doctor to select an alternative that was available and cost effective. We are grateful for their help and kindness.
