This pharmacy I’ve used for years and within the last two days I’ve been laughed at, felt hopeless, and discouraged for medical treatment. The manager Rachel Harpst is unethical, not compassionate, and so very unprofessional. My doctor increased my dosage on a current medication. Rachel refused to fill the script, stating “to soon to fill” both times between the doctor sending it in and my insurance company calling in. Contracted covid had to use the antiviral medication they were one of the few places in Ashtabula that carried it they called me got all my information and let me know when it was ready and I use their pickup quick fast efficient in Friendly can't get better than that
Ashl the employees in the pharmacy are amazing. And I do not like walmart!
Hate this store and wish it would get some competition!!!!
