Very efficient, polite and helpful.
I’m very upset - I called the pharmacy and requested a specific prescription for a heart problem I have. I need it it’s a requirement . I literally walked there because my car is in the garage and I got home and it’s the wrong medication. Calls are recorded there I am calling in the morning and have them listen to the recorded call . When you work in a pharmacy you can not make those mistakes. Im beyond mad !
Don’t answer phones only want us to speak to automated machines have to call 100 times to fill prescription.
