they need to stay on track with other pharmacies on their delivery setup. they were fine when they were sending it through mail... then they go and switch to same day and you need to have it sent like groceries where some random driver brings it to your home... not happening... some people just do not trust this option.
Doesn't carry basic medicine. Does not inform you that they can't fill an RX, I had to ask. Blames physicians for their lack of stock and lack of transparency. Won't return rx or transfer. No customer service.
For the life of me I can't comprehend why anyone would give less than 5 stars when this particular pharmacy is top notch from a tech in training all the way up to the pharmacy manager Ashely!! I have been a client of theirs for many years and I or my wife is always treated with the upmost care, respect, and professionalism no matter if we go thru the drive-thru or go inside, or even call them. They are always kind and courteous and answer our concerns and questions to the best of their knowledge and abilities, and I for one ... read more
