This Pharmacy is very difficult to deal with. Idk if it is the staff causing the issues or what, but I will have an rx sent over for monthly refills and it is always an issue getting it filled. Never fails. While the staff are nice, there are multiple excuses every time to fill my rx appropriately. Going to be switching to a different pharmacy soon. Not to mention i I can't ever get anyone on the phone. Would give a zero star if possible.
It took them 4 days to transfer a prescription! They claim to call you and leave messages, but no missed calls or voicemails? It took me 6 phone calls to 2 pharmacies to get 1 prescription! Insanity! After waiting 4 days I call to insure that it's ready for me to pick up and at 12:30 pm it's still not been filled, they're "working on it" when I was assured it would be ready by 9am this morning! They need to take mental health medicines more seriously!

I needed my son's prescription, and I use GoodRx because my insurance doesn't cover very much on this particular prescription. Usually, with GoodRx it costs between $60 and $70. Well, this time the cost jumped to $147.00! I was trying to shuffle around how cover this added cost. The lady at the prescription drop-off window spent a half hour with me trying to figure out how to bring the price down. She even worked with my child's pediatrician. Wish I could give 0 stars. Worst pharmacy I've EVER been to. Call and they tell you a prescription is ready for pick up...arrive at the store just for them to tell me they are out until tomorrow. You get the same run around the next day as well. If you get lucky and they really do have your medicine when they say they do....expect to wait 20-30 minutes after it's "ready" since they have no sense of urgency whatsoever.
