Staff friendly and efficient but always out of my meds when I renew ! Annoying!
i called the pharmacist with questions regarding medication side effects, and she was borderline useless. she had no useful insight or advice to give me. i got a better answer from Chat Gpt, who didn’t give me an attitude over the phone. its always the ones with the smallest amount of people skills, in a field where they need to be respectful to the public.. also they lie on the app & say your prescriptions are “delayed” and will blame it on your prescribers office, so they don’t have to fill it right away, JUST HIRE MORE PE... read more
The hours here are a joke. They tend to close when ever they feel like it. I arrived with another individual trying to get their medication as well.
Zero stars is what I'd give. The pharmacist Diana is always rude, she huffs and puffs over the phone because she has to answer questions regarding medicine. She's very abrasive as well as combative. I received a bad bottle of meds and she was argumentive about the situation as a whole. She needs an attitude adjustment or maybe a job where she doesn't deal with the public.
