I’m sure there are “bad” people there but I’ve had great experiences here.
I Do not live in Pontiac, but I like to shop there because of the fact that they have great deals when they put their items on clearance. The store is clean and the staff is always very helpful.
Always put my meds on the back burner. Half to call them so that they don't put it off till the next day. If they don't have the med in stock I need to know so I can get it somewhere else...
I'd give zero stars if I could! I waited an HOUR in store for a med that was called in hours before I even arrived. Checking in "it will be 15 minutes" then "it's being filled it will be 20 minutes then "pharmacist has to check to make sure everything is right it will be another 5 minutes." Absolutely unacceptable!
Donna apparently likes to be rude for no reason. If i see her face there I’m turning around and going to any other pharmacy. Shouldn’t be allowed to treat customers like they are annoying you for making you do your job.
