I got a lecture from the Donna “pharmacist” and Jenny the manager how doctors always make mistakes. Then I tried to defend myself and she flagged me. Even though my doctor called and explained why the medication change. She thought I was drug seeking. Even though I never refilled one. She definitely has a God complex. Trying a different pharmacy. Hoping it’s better 🤞

If I could give 10 stars, I would Lauren at the pharmacy, went above and beyond to call my veterinarian twice today to make sure that he had his medication.. I could expected a pharmacist to go to that level of personal care to make sure that my dog gets his pain medication at the end of his life when he really needs it. I’ve seen Lauren at the pharmacy for many years and she’s always provided exceptional customer service. But today I really felt that I needed to leave a review because without her, my dog would be terrible ... read more
