Be extremely careful when picking up your RX or non-RX purchases. I requested Allegra D, but the pharmacy dispensed Claritin D (board of pharmacy violation). I cannot use Claritan. When I arrived home I opened the stapled bag and discovered the mistake. I called the Walmart Clinton pharmacist, but she informed me she could not accept a return. I contacted AMEX to dispute the charge, but when the charge was removed, Walmart charged it again. I contacted the pharmacist again and she directed me to 1-800-walmart. I was on the p... read more
I had a very disappointing experience with Jenny in the pharmacy. She was extremely unhelpful and dismissive, showing little interest in assisting with my concerns. Her attitude came across as rude and uncaring, which made an already stressful situation even worse. Customer service is an essential part of healthcare, and unfortunately, Jenny did not meet even the most basic expectations.
