Today , I waited for about 13 minutes. The operator put me on hold. Poor show!
I arrived at the pharmacy about 5 minutes before close. The pharmacist and associates were more than willing to assist, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was confirmed and filled that night so I didn't have to come back tomorrow. Thank you for being calm, courteous, and displaying beautiful customer service.
Quick service, friendly employees, never had to wait very long. Great place to refill regular prescriptions. If you need one that's not as common and need it quickly then you may want to call first.
Terrible customer service. Consistently put on hold for long periods of time. Doctor can send script first thing in morning and it won't be available until next day unless you call and ask.
