This is a great pharmacy! I come here often and they are so friendly and professional.
First and last time using this pharmacy which is unfortunate since they are the closest pharmacy to me. I had a prescription ready for 4 days and was told I'd eventually find out it was ready by day 5 since that's the only time they make calls. They rely on the text messaging to reach out to customers and not sure why it didn't work for me. The employee couldn't even offer an apology just an "oh well you'd find out eventually"
Today , I waited for about 13 minutes. The operator put me on hold. Poor show!
I arrived at the pharmacy about 5 minutes before close. The pharmacist and associates were more than willing to assist, and went above and beyond to make sure my order was confirmed and filled that night so I didn't have to come back tomorrow. Thank you for being calm, courteous, and displaying beautiful customer service.
