I have loved my switch to this pharmacy. Until today when Hannah simply didn't understand what a replacement over a refill was. It's okay Hannah Dexcom will send me the replacement not take from a refill.
Prescriptions called in Thursday from doctor, Sunday @2:45 not ready 25 minute wait. Excuse Rite Aid customers transferring, what about the people that have been getting their prescriptions filled with you for 15 years? Sad
Always helpful even during medication shortages when they helped me locate drug at another location. Pharmacy tech helped me learn about manufacturer coupon and other options to bring down my out of pocket cost making medication more accessible. Consults regarding drugs weren't rushed and all my questions answered. Don't come during your lunch break expecting to pick up. I don't think they have cleaned this store in forever. It is as if a bomb went off and they just put things back on shelf in random locations. Poorly stocked and poorly organized. It has to b the worst Walmart in all of the United States. Workers are nice but overworked.
