My family and I have been using Walmart Pharmacy in Wilkes for years and never had a problem until now. The customer service provided by the representatives in the pharmacy is a joke. November 25, called in to get my mom's insulin ready to be picked up. When picking up insulin rep. Didi was the one taking care of us. Really hard to get your prescriptions filled at this place so i had to switch to somewhere else and they are doing an amazing Job at the other place but Walmart sucks
Over the phone, they told me I would have to pay $150. to refill my COPD medication. My friend went to pick it up. They refused saying it wasn't time. Now my oxygen level is down to 90%.
