My doctor called in a prescription and I really needed it asap. The female cashier told me it wouldn't be ready until two days later, after 5pm. So I asked if it could be transferred to another Walmart pharmacy. She was rude and told me she was too busy to call. She said that she needed to wait on other customers. She told me I could call myself. Very nasty and disrespectful. I didn't know the name of the medicine. Employees with this type of attitude should be FIRED!!! Not nice Walmart pharmacy in Carroll Island, MD.
We have recently transferred our prescriptions over to this pharmacy, let me just say that the staff has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Great job!
The most dismissive, disrespectful, arrogant team I have ever had to deal with. Not a single other pharmacy within a 5 mile radius (and I’ve had to deal with dozens of others because of the scarcity of my type of medication) has been nasty to me at all but I promise you, EVERY single time I have ever had to deal with this pharmacy, they have spoken to me like trash and go out of their way to make it harder for me and my prescriber.
