If I could give a 0 star I would. If you want to feel like a criminal and drug addict come here but if you don’t like that kind of treatment I’d suggest go anywhere but here, I don’t believe the techs are qualified at all to handle the computers or medication. My medicine was given to a random women who “looked like me” but wasn’t me I was accused over and over. My doctor called in a prescription and I really needed it asap. The female cashier told me it wouldn't be ready until two days later, after 5pm. So I asked if it could be transferred to another Walmart pharmacy. She was rude and told me she was too busy to call. She said that she needed to wait on other customers. She told me I could call myself. Very nasty and disrespectful. I didn't know the name of the medicine. Employees with this type of attitude should be FIRED!!! Not nice Walmart pharmacy in Carroll Island, MD.
We have recently transferred our prescriptions over to this pharmacy, let me just say that the staff has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Great job!
