I've been using this pharmaceutical since 2006. Back then I'd haven't given this place a 1 star because you cannot go lower. However over the past 9 years I've seen growth in the employees attitudes and helpfulness. From prescription needs to how to save on out of coverage medication. Thanks to the staff I safe $600 on a recently purchased medication covered but not fully. And thanks to their patience and help, my next prescription will be even sheaper.
This pharmacy attempted to profit off of prescriptions that were 100% covered by insurance for now the second month in a row. Pharmacist told me “It’s $30”. Called my insurance, insurance verified that there should be no payment. Pharmacist “ran it through the insurance” No payment. This month, the same thing happened. I called and spoke to the same pharmacist as last month and was told the same exact thing. I’m going to be pulling the prescriptions from this pharmacy and going elsewhere
I've dealt with this pharmacy, for years. The only issue I've encountered is their inability to count. If it's not a sealed bottle, and they have to count, 99% of the time, its off. Never over to benefit me, always under to aggregate me.
They say 3rd time is a charm not! I tried sticking with this place the service is not so great! A big heavy set girl I belive her name is Jessica attitude sucks and she’s rude will not I mean NOT let u get a word out! The cashier was pretty friendly but the techs can do better! GREEK PHARMACIST STEVE NOT KIND OR FRIENDLY FAKES A SMILE AND DIDNT WANT TO HELP OR ANSWER ANY OF MY QUESTIONS. I WILL AVOID THIS MAN AT ALL COSTS FOR NOW ON THE FEMALE PHARM HAD A STINKY ATTITUDE!
