Put on hold twice for 20 & 30 minutes before I could speak with someone. Not impressed.

Not happy when trying to get ahold of them. I realize they're busy. However it terrible to go through all the prompts to have the call transfered then someone picks up an disconnect. Then go through the process again. One time it was hours. Like I said but I feel they could at least say, leave your number and they will call back when they get time.
I’m so sick in tired of this pharmacy, it is a joke that when people are out of a medication and are waiting on authorization from the doctor that the pharmacy can’t work with you and give you a couple to get by especially when you can’t go without the medication, 9 times out of 10 I go to pick up scripts and there is always something wrong of why it didn’t get filled or filled on time, it’s always something.
