I seriously question whether the concept of a “promised fill time” actually exists here. There has not been a single occasion when I did not have to wait. Even when I call ahead, place the order in advance, and am told a specific time to pick it up, I frequently end up waiting an additional 20 to 30 minutes once I arrive. I switched to Walmart Pharmacy (Middletown, De) over a year ago when the pharmacy I had been going to closed. Twice I have attempted to pick up prescriptions only to be greeted by a sign saying that the pharmacy was closed because no pharmacist was available. Since there was no way of knowing when a pharmacist would become available, I had to contact my doctor's office and have my prescriptions called into a different pharmacy. This is unacceptable, so I will not longer frequent the Middletown Walmart Pharmacy.
I have to say Excellent. Been going there about 10 years.
