These people are evil, , ,,, ! I'm a diabetic, it took the pharmacy 3 months to correct my insurance,,( someone that works in pharmacy changed my # on insurance card,, all they needed was the correct #, in which I had to practically beg them to look at my cards, ) I think they were scammed my insurance for someone else me rd s. They so rudly finally entered my card, and it was ok,,,,, God help These idiots

The pharmacist and staff are wonderful, and they provide professional and prompt service. Three months later, I can never get anyone to answer the phones. When someone does pick up, THEY HANG UP! It is very frustrating when you're trying to have medication sent to a different Walmart. My initial review was 5 stars, and I held off on removing it after being hung up on twice. I was trying to give them a chance, but this has happened more often than not. If you guys are that busy, hire someone to answer the phones.
