Update 2/7/25 changing pharmacy due to continuous easily solved issues. Changed stars from 4 to 1. *Update (9/10/35) After the initial issues with filling controlled substances (pain medication for rheumatoid arthritis) I was able to make some changes to my medications & have been able to fill at Walmart without any issues. Everyone I've interacted with has been helpful & friendly, I love the walmart app & being able to refill my prescriptions easily. *Update (9/10/35) After the initial issues with filling controlled substances (pain medication for rheumatoid arthritis) I was able to make some changes to my medications & have been able to fill at Walmart without any issues. Everyone I've interacted with has been helpful & friendly, I love the walmart app & being able to refill my prescriptions easily. I've always experienced good customer service & I love the walmart app for requesting refills. The way Walmart handles customers who fill controlled substances is my only issue. I have rheumatoid arthritis which I take pain medications for & had been using the Great Falls Walmart pharmacy to fill them for a little over two years without issue. As soon as I switched to the Havre Walmart pharmacy my account was flagged & I wasn't notified until I went in to pick up my prescriptions that the pharmacist had refused to fill my pr... read more
Pharmacist Tana Mathis acted in a completely unprofessional manner in refusing to fill my valid (non-controlled substance) prescription because of her amateur and misguided detective investigation into my (licensed and valid) medical provider.
