*Update (9/10/35) After the initial issues with filling controlled substances (pain medication for rheumatoid arthritis) I was able to make some changes to my medications & have been able to fill at Walmart without any issues. Everyone I've interacted with has been helpful & friendly, I love the walmart app & being able to refill my prescriptions easily. I've always experienced good customer service & I love the walmart app for requesting refills. The way Walmart handles customers who fill controlled substances is my only issue. I have rheumatoid arthritis which I take pain medications for & had been using the Great Falls Walmart pharmacy to fill them for a little over two years without issue. Pharmacist Tana Mathis acted in a completely unprofessional manner in refusing to fill my valid (non-controlled substance) prescription because of her amateur and misguided detective investigation into my (licensed and valid) medical provider.
All the ladies at the desk are always so helpful I just wanna say that first. But the pharmacist (girl) don’t remember her name, treated me like an addict. I asked if we could use the GOOD RX and they said to come back after I get my groceries checked out. So I came back in hopes i wouldn’t have to pay 109 dollar as I just got kicked off my Medicaid. The pharmacist told me i couldn’t get my medication (even though it was ready) and asked me why I take it. I told her it was for a variety of things. (I elaborated) and she told... read more
