Nice just like the others
I have been trying to reach the pharmacy for a week. I’ve called every day on the phone. Multiple times. I’ve had them answer twice and put me on hold and never come back. Neither the Walmart general customer service line nor pharmacy services could help. They couldn’t reach them either. I even called corporate and they allowed me to put in a complaint, promising to get back to me within 3 days. I still can’t find out about a prescription and why it keeps being delayed. genuinely impossible to get them on the phone. i have called several times, and now i have to waste gas and drive to ask a simple question in person that could’ve easily been answered over the phone. the one time they answered, i heard them pick up and then hang up immediately after. unbelievable.
