My prescription situation is tricky and the insurance company causes issues every time. These ladies have continuously gone above and beyond to make it work for me!
If I could give this pharmacy a 0 star rating, I would. The pharmacist was beyond rude & very unprofessional. After being placed on hold for what felt like 30 minutes, she finally took my call. Only for her to say “ugh, you’re wasting my time. Call back when you have your information“. She was rude, disrespectful & highly unprofessional. She needs to do better & treat others with the same level of respect she’d like reciprocated.
I love the employees at this location. They are all so friendly and I love that they know me by name.
My husband will run to get my prescriptions for me most of the time. All he does is talk about how much he appreciates the people in the pharmacy and how kind and helpful they are. It's so nice to hear because all too often, I've felt like a nuisance to other pharmacies when just trying to pick my medicine up. Please make sure this crew knows they are appreciated, they deserve it!
