These employees have serious issues with accepting insurance information and putting forth any effort. On 2 separate occasions, my spouse came in for 1. Vaccination care and 2. Prescription medication. Why the hell are you looking her up and down, asking who I am when I am not present and looking at her insurance card like it is written in a long-lost foreign language?! Very friendly and professional, always text me when my prescription is ready. Always enjoy going there.
Worst customer service. Leave you on hold 15 plus minutes. Call back and put you on hold again until you hang up. 🖕🖕
Its amazing to me that they would have only one person working the pharmacy counter. Hire more people!!! Lines were long and moved extremely slow, one customer was at the register for almost 30 minutes! For a multimillion dollar company you would think they could afford to hire a few more people.
