We’re on vacation and needed a simple prescription filled. We called yesterday, called again today, showed up, waited for their lunch break, stood in line 3 times only to be told they don’t have the medication. This is unconscionable. I’ve wasted half a day of vacation hauling my sick child back-and-forth. Truly the worst. Truly the worst!!
Always friendly and helpful
A pharmacy is a pharmacy, right? Did the pharm tech need to tell me there were better coupons available online? She saved me over $150 on a one time Rx. I'm sure she gets paid the same. I wouldn't expect that from any other national chain. Victoria (actual pharmacist) was very cheerful and helpful. I understand some of the negative reviews but running out of whatever Rx really can't be blamed on the staff A+ I saved so much I offered to buy lunch for the department (but was told that wasn't allowed)
Always helpful and understanding even when I am overwhelmed - I really appreciate the service here.
