I had a very unpleasant experience with the technician and pharmacist at Walmart Fairlake. I asked if the COVID test kit could be processed through my insurance, and they yelled at me, saying it wasn’t free and that I had to buy it. I found their attitude to be completely uncalled for. What’s going on with that?
Medicine was sent from the Dr's office. It is a time sensitive, important heart drug.. .. rather than call around to see who else could fill it, they turned us away ... and even after they promised it would be ready the next day, (lies) they made excuses as to why it wasn't avalanche. AGAIN WHEN I ASKED IF THEY COULD CALL AROUND BC IT WAS A VERY NEEDED RX THEY TOLD ME THEY COULDN'T (BULL) when I talked to the managers the attitude I got was "Yeah, so m what do you want us to do? I’m not a big review person unless I’m super impressed at a restaurant/business/doctor etc. I have to say the pharmacy manager Nichole Henderson at the Fairlakes location is incredible. She has always been so helpful, knowledgeable as well as empathetic when I’ve had to get issues fixed with my insurance etc. The entire team of pharmacists at the Fair lakes location is amazing and it’s very obvious her leadership is why. She deserves recognition
I changed my pharmacy from CVS to Walmart -- love the staff here! Very friendly and helpful.
