Unprofessional and ridiculously slow... Prescription was submitted on Thursday evening. Was told that I could wait, or come back in the morning. I came back Friday morning and was told it still wasn't ready, and to wait 20 more minutes. So I come back in 1 hour, and was told that I would still have to wait to pick up my prescriptions!? At that, I permanently left..
Been with this pharmacy for years and they're always so great, fast, accommodating, kind!!
Have been getting the same item filled here for a year with no issues. Been waiting 2 weeks to hear about my prescription so I go back in after I was told 2 weeks ago it would be a couple days. The man told me he has no prescription to which I told him the date it was called in. Then he found it. Just for him to turn around and start talking to the pharmacist and then jump to a different computer and ask to help the next guest meanwhile I’m just standing there. I don't care for Walmart, but I have to recognize what they do right and that is this Columbia Pharmacy! Not only are the prompt, but friendly and they explain EVERY prescription. CVS is more convenient, but they can't hold a candle to Walmrt's professionalism.
