Used to be great! Provider sent an updated script in,Walmart cancelled it due to current script (AI?). Couldn’t fix it online. Called pharmacy multiple times and no one would pick up. Went in-person and they were closing for lunch. Tried to explain and they just wouldn’t listen and said they would after 2pm. Like my time isn’t valuable. I don’t have time to just wait a half hour. They’re fortunate they even get a break, many in healthcare do not. My script is super simple too. You just lost a long time customer. Sad
Everytime I come in they are so rude and treat you like you don't exist! I like how I walk up to be waited on and I'm waiting there patiently and no one says anything. They look at you like what are you doing. So I then walk up to them and they are very rude once again. They tell me it will take another 15 minutes I walk away and turn to them and they are talking and pointing at me! I had a problem with my bill and insurance. Julie took the time to figure it out for me. Plover has a great RX staff.
