Beyond slow. Prescription gets called in. You wait a few hours to go get it so they have time to fill. Show up and it's a half hour wait before they can fill. Wait 30 min to o my find out it will be another 30. Then they don't want to fill the Prescription because they think they know better. Completely useless and incompetent.
I am out of town and my blood glucose sensor completely failed. Insurance would not refill this as it was too early, but Benjamin at the pharmacy spent ample time to call insurance and explain to them how much these sensors were needed. He was able to get me a 30 day supply. I could not be more grateful for him taking the time to ensure I was safe while out of town!
Walmart does not care about customers and they prove it over and over. When the doctor sends them a prescription, you cannot get a hold of anyone in the pharmacy to fill it without actually going in there. After being on hold for 40 minutes, the call is ended. Then you find out that they don't have it and you have to come back later. For me, that's a 40 minute drive, one way. There is a hospital closer to us. I will start using their pharmacy...
