I am out of town and my blood glucose sensor completely failed. Insurance would not refill this as it was too early, but Benjamin at the pharmacy spent ample time to call insurance and explain to them how much these sensors were needed. He was able to get me a 30 day supply. I could not be more grateful for him taking the time to ensure I was safe while out of town!
Walmart does not care about customers and they prove it over and over. When the doctor sends them a prescription, you cannot get a hold of anyone in the pharmacy to fill it without actually going in there. After being on hold for 40 minutes, the call is ended. Then you find out that they don't have it and you have to come back later. For me, that's a 40 minute drive, one way. There is a hospital closer to us. I will start using their pharmacy...
Over the last year customer service at store 1828 has gone down hill. The wait in line is ungodly long, and when you get to someone they are crabby and rude to you. The time it takes now to fill a prescription takes over a day to fill.
